Andy Baker
Andy has been part of Aquatec since his early years at school. Starting in the warehouse packing orders and deliveries, he gradually worked his way up through the business, and he now oversees the whole operation. He says he is no guru but has gained invaluable experience and his knowledge of the industry is second to none. He loves working with the amazing team he has built and enjoys downtime with his family and friends.

Ross Williams
Ross has over 15 years’ experience in the Water Management industry, joining Aquatec in 2018 with a diverse professional background having also worked in Local Government, Recreation Facility Management, Retail / Trade Sales & Sports Administration. Ross is an avid sports fan who plays and coaches Basketball and enjoys spending downtime with his family.

Heidi
Heidi has held account roles in the retail, manufacturing and wholesale industries. Heidi is managing the accounts department at Aquatec Equipment. Heidi has a keen interest in permaculture, health, and fitness.
Technical Sales Representative
Brendan Snashall
Brendan has been involved in the Landscape and Aquatics industries for over 25 years with experience as a landscaper, in retail pond sales, procurement, technical support and B2B sales. Our resident OASE expert, commercial & lake management solutions, aeration and fountain displays. When he’s not working he enjoys travelling, fishing, renovations and time with family.
WA & SA Sales Representative
Chris Ledbury
Previously an Auto CAD Structural Draftsman, Chris joined Aquatec 18 years ago as a warehouse store man, progressing to become our Warehouse Manager, and currently serves as our WA & SA Territory Manager. Chris’ extensive experience has seen him become a technical expert for our products and their applications. Chris enjoys his PS4, spending time with his family & fish keeping, like many of his customers.
Technical Sales Representative
Lewis Hart
Lewis brings nearly 20 years of experience in the Aquarium & Watergardening industry. His background includes managing retail stores in both the UK and Australia, offering him a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the hobby. In his fishkeeping prime, he had over 15 aquariums at home but now finds joy in gardening, home renovations, and spending quality time with his partner and their two dogs.

Jess Dieroff
Jess has vast experience in Customer Relations and Account Management roles in the Building and Design Industry. Jess has a passion for sustainability and regenerative agriculture – believing we should leave the world in a better way than we found it. In her spare time Jess enjoys fitness, cooking, exploring vineyards and new places to dine.

Ian Dilley
Ian has over 25 years’ experience in Supply Chain roles ranging from Mining, FMCH and industrial sectors with vast experience in sourcing and logistics of various goods all over the world. In his down time down time Ian enjoys spending time with my wife and children, cooking, watching movies, sport and cycling with mates.

Rob has over 20 years’ experience in pond building and landscaping and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise his customers can rely on. He enjoys traveling, meeting people and helping customers find sales solutions to their projects and needs. Frequently travelling between Victoria and the NT, he enjoys road trips and down time with his family.

Cliff Van Trier
Cliff is an expert when it comes to indoor aquariums and the entire Oase range owing to his extensive experience working for Oase in the UK and Singapore. He is passionate about watergardens and loves getting out and seeing customers across the state of Queensland, helping to grow their businesses. In his spare time, Cliff loves travelling, socialising and walking his dog on the beach.

Perry Rudd
Perry has worked for over 20 years in the landscape and horticulture industries, starting out as an apprentice to them becoming a team leader sales account manager and now a BDM. He has a growth mindset which is something he imparts on to his customers, always ready to contribute new ideas. Outside of work he loves keeping fit and spending time with his family in the great outdoors.

Stephen Keany
Steve’s impressive career spans over 40 years in the hardware, tool and industrial markets in SA, during this time he has represented Aquatec’s outdoor pond brands within the hardware industry. Outside of work, he is a committee member and offshore skipper in the Vicot Harbor Sea Rescue Squadron and an active member of his local football club.

Kelly has over 15 years experience in marketing, predominently in the construction and manufacturing industries with a stint dabbling in other industries overseas. Today she applies her knowledge and passion for marketing to generate engaging content and support the sales team with their customers’ needs. In her spare time she enjoys being out in nature with her family.
